An Xuyang,graduated from the Information Engineering University of the People's Liberation Army of China. He is the CEO and founder of Jiuqian Culture Media, a member of the Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia, Vice President of the Henan Chamber of Commerce in Dubai, and Preparatory President of the Henan Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.
He joined China Tiktok in 2019, established the first group of self owned official operation agencies, and led the team to play an important role in content creation, data analysis, user growth and brand cooperation. In 2021, the team obtained official authorization from TikTok to officially expand its agency services to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and other regions.
